The lobby, hallways, eating area, and courtyard are very nice. The shuttle to the beach was great. They supplied umbrellas, chairs, and beach butlers to help you. The staff was wonderful.

Loved the location the coziness of the hotel. Many places to enjoy the peaceful ocean across the street. Sunset views were awesome and the staff was friendly and helpful.

beautiful location right across pch. Close to restaurants (5 min), close to Carlsbad Village (10 min). Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. To our surprise they had EV charging! One free level 2 charger and 1 quick charging station (paid). Food available on site as well if you are feeling lazy about stepping out. Although we didn’t use the service, but they also provide bike rentals. Overall, wonderful stay.

everything was great. Location was great and when I told people where I was staying they highly recommend. Breakfast was great and host was very friendly. The checking in and out process was very smooth.

We chose the hotel because of the location to the beach. The beach is directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel has a bar and small restaurant which was convenient for us. We had breakfast and the one and only person working as waiter (Johnny) worked very hard to efficiently help all the patrons and with a smile on his face the whole time. Our room was a very nice size and the room was very clean.

Recently remodeled, and they implemented some technology for check-in and out, door lock, and others. It was really clean, and the personnel was friendly and welcoming.
